Rocketdog.com Return Policy?
Rocketdog.com accepts returns within 30 days of receiving your purchase. They have an extended holiday return policy for purchases starting November 15, 2023, accepting returns until Jan. 31, 2024. For BOGO returns, the refund amount for each item will be proportionally reduced. All items must be unworn and in the original packaging. Refunds will normally take 7-10 business days from receipt of returned goods. An email/text will be sent when a refund has been issued. Only product purchased through the Rocket Dog website can be returned. The original shipping fee, if any, is not refundable. They do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change an item, simply return it for a refund then place a new order on their website. Returns are via FedEx SmartPost. A returns label is included in the parcel. There is a non refundable $8.95 fee for the FedEx Smartpost prepaid shipping label but there will be no restocking fee on returns.
As for the shipping policy, Rocket Dog offers FREE standard shipping for all orders over $50.00. Orders are shipped using Federal Express SmartPost; which utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS) for final delivery. They do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. All orders must be placed by 1pm PST for same day shipping. Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska transit time can take 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. Shipping outside the contiguous US will incur a $16.95 shipping charge per order. Standard shipping takes 7-10 business days, two-day shipping costs $16.95, and next day shipping costs $34.95.
